Now that pricing is finalized, let’s focus on preparing the home for listing. I have a trusted contractor on hand who is ready to provide competitive quotes for painting, kitchen and bathroom updates, flooring, and more. They’ll bring samples and can offer suggestions if you’d like guidance on improvements. We’ll also order inspections, address any items noted in the reports, schedule a consultation with a stager, begin decluttering and removing personal items so buyers can envision themselves in the home, and arrange for a deep cleaning to ensure the property is fully market-ready.

You’ve accepted an offer and are approaching the final stage of your selling journey. I will expertly manage all pre-closing details, appraisals, repairs, and coordination between parties, ensuring a seamless process. We’ll also handle final logistics, such as transferring or canceling utilities, cable, and landscaping or trash services, providing instructions for all appliances that remain in the home. In the days leading up to closing, we’ll confirm everything is on track for a smooth handover.
